3. Quotations & Pricing
- Prices are based on the information provided by the customer, including photos, measurements, and property condition.
- Final prices may change if the actual condition differs from the information supplied.
- All prices are subject to confirmation before work begins.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
- Bookings can be made by phone, email, or online form.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Access & Safety
- Customers must ensure safe access to the property, including water supply and working areas.
- Pets must be secured during service.
- Dreamcleen reserves the right to refuse work if conditions are unsafe.
6. Damage & Liability
- Dreamcleen takes every reasonable care while performing services.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including cracked surfaces, loose tiles, weak mortar, or damaged gutters.
- We are not liable for damage caused by hidden defects or poor surface condition.
7. Weather Conditions

- Dreamcleen reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to rain, strong winds, frost, or unsafe weather.
8. Results Disclaimer
- Cleaning results may vary depending on surface condition, age, and previous maintenance.
- While we aim for the best possible outcome, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, marks, or discoloration.
9. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
10. Complaints
- Any complaints must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
- Dreamcleen will assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a solution.
